Stories, photographs, audio, video and graphics on this site belong to The Ark-La-Tex Gazette or the people who made them for us. You may read them, link to them, and share short excerpts with a link back to the original. Please do not republish whole stories or reuse our photographs and audio without written permission.

When memberships are open, they are billed by card and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices apply to new sign-ups and do not change for existing members mid-period.

If you subscribe to The Morning Gazette we will send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any issue. We do not sell your email address.

Ads are labeled, and sponsored stories carry a permanent “Sponsored” label. Sponsors do not control our reporting. Links to advertisers and other sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for what they publish. See our privacy page for how we count ads.

Please do not try to break the site, scrape it at a rate that slows it for others, or work around the member access controls. We may block access that harms the site or its readers.

We work to be accurate and fix errors when we find them, but we provide the site as is, without a warranty. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the current one.
